• Weather Policy for Rentals & Cruises - The weather forecast is impossible to predict and changes by the hour. We make weather determinations around the time of your rental. Rain is not a dangerous condition. Wind, waves, thunder, and lightning are dangerous conditions. If it's raining and you do not want to go out or come back in early, we can issue you a gift card.
• If we have to cancel your reservation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to rebook your reservation or issue a full refund.
• Failure to qualify as an operator of our watercraft. NO REFUNDS. We will issue you a gift card.**
• Late-arrivals will be charged the full price. NO REFUNDS.
• No-shows will be charged the full price. NO REFUNDS.
• NO REFUNDS on Season Passes.

a $500 security deposit will be collected prior to departure. It will be refunded in 24 hours providing the boat is returned in the same condition it was sent out.

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. It may take your bank 2-3 days to resolve the funds after the refund. You can pay the $500 security deposit in cash as well, but we still need major credit card on file.

• Guide instructions must be followed at all times. Your guide will take you to the designated riding area. Your guide will be present at all times during your ride. Stay within the eyesight of your guide at all times.  If an emergency occurs and your guide needs to leave, you are still required to stay in the designated riding area and return to our dock on time. 
• Edgewater Beach is the designated riding area. When conditions are too rough on the lake, Wendy Park will be the alternate designated riding area. 

•  100’ Rule - The minimum distance from anything else while on the water (other watercraft, your friends, or the break-wall). 
• Failure to follow the rules will result in the immediate end of your ride without a refund.
• Failure to end your ride when instructed or scheduled will result in overtime charges (Overtime chargers are twice your rental rate prorated in 30 min increments).

Parking is available across the street at the Greater Cleveland Aquarium.
